Plan the life you actually live.
Zeitt is the auto-scheduler for the people juggling work, study, and side projects on a single calendar. We’re in private beta. Join the waitlist to get early access.
Your 14:00 lecture pushed Lit Review to tomorrow at 09:30. Looks good?
Calendar-first. Made for individuals, not org charts.
Motion and Reclaim are great for teams. Zeitt is for the one person whose calendar holds a job, a degree, a side project, and a life.
Auto-scheduling that respects you
Greedy scheduler with constraints: work hours, energy, deadlines, splittable focus blocks. Updates as life happens.
Two-way calendar sync
Connect Google, Apple, Outlook. Zeitt writes events back so your existing calendar is always the source of truth.
Projects, courses, side hustles
Group tasks under projects with their own colors, priorities, and working hours. Switch context without losing the plan.
Splittable tasks
Set a min and max session, and Zeitt breaks a 4h paper into 90-min blocks across the week. Numbered so you know where you are.
Reschedule that just works
Miss a session? Drag, snooze, or let Zeitt repack the week. Locked events stay put.
Deadlines you actually hit
Each task has a deadline. Zeitt shows the latest possible start and warns when you're about to miss it.
Add a task. We find the time.
No drag-and-drop puzzle. Tell Zeitt what to do, when it must be done, and how long. We slot it into the gaps, across calendars and projects, using a constraint-aware greedy scheduler.

Questions, briefly answered.
How is this different from Motion or Reclaim?
Both are excellent, both are built around teams. Zeitt is built for one person who happens to be a student and a worker and a runner: projects can have their own working hours, and the planner respects all of them at once.
Will it write to my real calendar?
Yes. Tasks become real events on a calendar of your choice. You can also keep them in a separate "Zeitt" sub-calendar so coworkers don't see your study time.
Can I split a long task across days?
Yes. Set min and max session length and Zeitt breaks it down. Each block carries a 1/3, 2/3, 3/3 badge so you always know where you are.
What if I miss a session?
Zeitt reschedules forward, respecting your deadline. If a deadline becomes infeasible, you'll get a warning early, not the night before.
Mobile?
While we will not have a native mobile app for now, Zeitt's web app is fully responsive and works smoothly on mobile browsers, allowing you to install it on your home screen as a progressive web app (PWA) for easy access on the go.
